Rectum Prolapse

RECTUM PROLASPSE
I had a small puppy suffer with this horrible issue which my vet told me was due to his eating too much food. His rectum prolapsed when he tried to push out all the ecess food ... he was a small puppy after all .
The normal treatment is to push back in and stich it in place ..... a horrible torturous procedure. My vet gave me a cream called 'Annovate oitment' a cream used by humans with piles. applying it twice a day on his rectum and even insde his anus upto half inch , twice a day . cured my puppy in a few days.

On the spot treatment

I have now decided to record my work as I can look back with satisfaction and say , Yes I helped these dogs.
Today 18 june 2010 I went out with para vet for 3 hrs and surveyed dogs in my area , counted females for sterlisation and treated 5 dogs for mange
